Easy 2023 Curry Chicken Soup With Bok Choy And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

🍲2 Small chicken breast, wash, dry, trim skin and cut in to 1/2 inches cubes

🍲2 Medium bok choy , wash and dry, chop in to large pices

🍲1 Small onion, chopped

🍲1 Cup cut mushrooms

🍲1 Tsp soy sauce

🍲1/2 Tsp curry

🍲1/8 Red chilli pepper( take seeds out for less hot and spicy)

🍲1/2 Tsp Himalaya salt

🍲1/4 Tsp turmeric

🍲4 Cups chicken broth, boiling water or 1/2 bouillon cube


Method:

  • 1 Place a medium pot on medium high heat, add boiling water (or chicken broth or 1/2 bouillon cube), chicken, onion, and species.

  • 2 Cover the pot and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

  • 3 Lower the heat to medium low and add bok choy, pepper, soy sauce and mushrooms.

  • 4 Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  • 5 Transfer to your bowl.
