Easy 2023 Chicken Soup Recipe with Zucchini And Cumin



Enjoy this gluten free, low calories, quick, healthy, no frying and no oil added, all in one pot chicken soup recipe that shed those extra pounds before holidays.

Ingredients:

🥣 1 Medium vine tomato, slice

🥣 2 Small chicken breast, cut into small cubs

🥣 2 Shallots, dice

🥣 2 Garlic clove, smash or whole

🥣 2 Medium zucchini, cut to 1/2" cubes

🥣 2 Cups vegetable broth

🥣 4 Tbsp fresh parsley, wash, dry and chop for garnish

🥣 1 Tsp pink salt

🥣 1/2 Tsp cumin

🥣 1/2 black pepper


Method:

  • 1 Place a medium small pan on medium heat.

  • 2 Add everything except sparsely, cover the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.

  • 3 Transfer to your desire bowl and garnish with copped parsley.
